So our first session is a discovery call to find out if what we offer vibes with what you need.
HR Audit
Our HR audit provides a review of your existing Human Resources strategy and operations systems from payroll to bookkeeping and staffing. The audit process is an important part of beginning our relationship together and can help us determine our next steps.
Team Engagement & Project Planning
Once engaged, we create a roadmap and make sure you are armed with solutions. Our team provides on-call support for HR issues that may arise and can function as an extension of your team or behind-the-scenes operational support.
Project Execution
We work as an extension of your team. You'll always know where things stand, because we stay close and keep our updates clear.

Reflection & Renewal
We make sure that all moving parts are attended to. We make sure the transitions between our team and yours are seamless. This is the time for review & reflection. As you are now an official STT client, you have first access for project extension or renewal.
