She founded We Set the Table, a human resources firm focused on helping organizations cultivate exceptional teams, after two decades spent working in hospitality, events, and marketing, where she was immersed in hiring and cultivating talent. During her 20-year career, she became known for combining unconventional concepts with dedicated people, and she was inspired to translate this experience into We Set the Table.
Ros brings an empathetic approach to her work, treating clients as genuine partners while leveraging her extensive professional network into bold new opportunities.
In addition to her work as founder of We Set the Table, Ros is a mom of twins and an event producer.
